REFUNDS

REFUND POLICY 

 We do not operate an exchange service. Items may be returned direct to us for a refund of the product value provided they are returned, with the returns form mentioned below, unworn and in their original condition & packaging within 14 days from receipt of the goods. Any items received back which are not in their original condition will not be eligible for a refund.  All refunds are made back to the card originally used to make the purchase usually within 14 days of receipt of your returned goods in the condition described above.   

 In every despatch we include a Returns Information Form, which contains all of the information you need to manage your return. 

 All items that are returned to us must be accompanied with the  Returns Form (which is also the Invoice/Delivery Note we emailed to you on despatch of your order), completed as appropriate. It is simple to complete and provides the warehouse with the bar codes to enable your return and refund to be processed efficiently.

 Without this the return process will be delayed and we pay the fulfilment warehouse a penalty charge which may be taken from the refund we make. Please contact enquiries@schoolcoloursdirect.co.uk if you are unable to print the Returns Note. 

We advise you to return your items via a recorded postal service of your choice. Please retain a proof of postage receipt as we cannot be held liable for goods lost in transit to our warehouse, a postage receipt will help you to claim for your items via the company you returned them with.

Any replacements required must be ordered & paid for on a new order.

Please contact us if you have a faulty item as you will need to return to a different address to that on the Returns Form.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights as consumer.
